Footage shows the women's restroom adorned with toilet tissue placed on holders inside the two cubicles and beside a mirror and a sink at Lucca Thonglor Mediterranean Restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand.
The filmer said: 'I was surprised when I entered the toilet room. It feels more like a design space than a bathroom.
