A pair of siblings from a village in southern India, found fame after reports of their unusual ability to light up LED bulbs pressed against their bare skin.

However, they are not the only ones from the neighbourhood to do it, as a dozen people, all residents of Sirisana village in Adilabad district of Telangana, possess the bizarre power.

Video from August 12, shows the villagers from Sirisana performing the electrifying feat that as yet has not been explained.

A pair of siblings who are residents of a village in southern India, found fame after reports stated their unusual ability to light up LED bulb by pressing it against their bare skin. However, they are not the only ones from the neighbourhood to do it.

Not one or two, but a dozen people- all residents of Sirisana village in Adilabad district of Telangana- possesses the aforementioned power.

To corroborate the claim, a video shows the people, both young and aged, place the LED bulb and light it.

There have been others from the same place who tried and failed, further establishing that those who could do it had the unusual ability.

Earlier, reports said siblings Sameer and Sania were able to light bulbs by placing it on their bare skin. Similarly, a video showed the duo performing the bizarre act.

However, a more comprehensive search showed they were not only the gifted ones and at least 10 others could do it.

Doctors too have been left baffled by the villagers' ability.
