2020 Cape Street Parade Highlights
The 2020 Cape Town Street Parade took place on 4th January instead of 2nd January as the 2nd coincided with the start of islamic prayers on a Thursday evening,
The annual street carnival starts in Keizergracht Street in District Six and proceeds past Cape Town's City Hall in Darling Street and then up Adderley and Wale Street and ends in the historic suburb of Bo Kaap (known as the Malay Quarter in colonial times).
