Rescuers descend down a 25ft deep well to rescue a kitten trapped at the bottom in Chonburi, eastern Thailand.

Cat owner Dainub Salamkul, 47, called for help when she heard her kitten crying from the bottom of the deep well on July 21 evening.

The pet owner said she has been looking for the cat for a few hours already until she decided to come near the well.

One of the rescuers had to rappel peusing a zip line to grab the kitten that is already in a state of fatigue and starvation.

The relieved owner received the kitten back from the rescuers and said she was worried about it for the whole day.

She said: "I noticed it missing since morning and had spent the entire day looking for it before I found it in my abandoned well."
