Haze Otsugua said she boarded on the jeepney with the creative driver while heading to the market in Cebu City in the Philippines on July 19.
She said: "So far he was the only one I saw using it in the city. All I can say is kudos to the driver for looking after the sake of his passengers."
The pulley has a basket and alcohol spray attached to it where the passengers will place their fare.
