This is the moment a man was rescued from under a heap of rubble after a three-storey residential building collapsed in Maharashtra's Bhiwandi, western India.

A team of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) officials rescued the 38-year-old man from underneath a heap of debris on Monday (September 21).

The team of rescue officials can be heard clapping as the man is being pulled from the under the rubble.

At least 10 people have been killed and several others injured.

The NDRF rescue officials managed to pull out a 38-year-old man alive from underneath the debris of a 3-storey-building that collapsed during the wee hours on 21st September 2020.

The man was seen emerging out of the rubble as the rescue workers held his hand and pulled him out of the collapsed structure.

There was a celebration and cheer among the workers as they manage to pull out the second man alive from inside the concrete.

A child was also rescued alive apart from the 38-year-old man.

The officials managed to pull out some 20-25 people out and at least 10 are said to have lost their lives.
