Indian officials launched a rescue mission for a cow stuck in a sewer hole in the south Indian state of Tamil Nadu.

The clip, filmed on September 30, shows the group of fire officials digging around the sewer to rescue it, finally being able to rescue it after an hour of lifting.

According to the reports, the cow accidentally fell into the hole and people on noticing the cow informed the fire department officials.

The firefighters immediately arrived and carried out the rescue operation which went on for about an hour.
