Carlsbad PD had pulled over a male and female party suspected of having a stolen vehicle. My camera wouldn’t turn on so I missed the onslaught of punches to the male. After you can hear the male saying “I can’t breathe” many times. Have we not learned our lesson police? The female was shot numerous and excessive times with pepper balls and bean bags because she was not leaving the car but when she did it showed she had no weapon but they continued to deploy the non lethal yet painful rounds.
