The food safety officials raided a shop selling banned tobacco items in southern India's Telangana on April 23. The incident took place in the Prakasham Bazar region, located in Nalgonda.
Visuals feature the food safety officials gathered around a massive heap of banned tobacco products. The mask-clad authorities pick the items to inspect them and later disclose the details of the case.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of food safety officials, headed by Food Safety Officer V. Jyotirmoy, raided a store selling banned tobacco products in the region. Furthermore, they registered a case against the shop owner and launched a probe into the matter.
