The local police seized marijuana worth Rs 18 lakh (USD 24,708) in southern India's Andhra Pradesh on May 24. The incident took place in the Lakshminagar village, located in the Dwarakatirumala region of the West Godavari District.

A video features the police officials stacking several sacks containing the seized marijuana together on the ground. Later, two officials stand in front of them and reveal the details of the case.

The police officials seized 800 kg (1,763.7 lbs) of marijuana worth Rs 18 lakh (USD 24,708) from two lorries. They also arrested four people who were smuggling cannabis to Tamil Nadu from the East Godavari district.
