Forest officials rescued a jackal from an empty well in central India's Madhya Pradesh on June 2. The incident took place in Jaruakheda region in Khurai, located in the Sagar district.

Visuals feature the forest officials conducting the rescue operation. Three men climb into the well and secure ropes and net around the jackal. Following this, the officials present on the land pull the animal to safety. Once on the ground, the men use a log to tame the jackal.

The jackal fell into an empty well in the Jaruakheda region. Following this, the locals alerted the forest department, who immediately swung into action. The forest officials, along with the locals, rescued the jackal from the well after it spent a night stuck inside.
