Situated in the Hemel & Aarde ridge just outside Hermanus in the western Cape, Creation wines has made a global name for itself and the country as it became one of the Top ten wineries in the world according to the Worlds best Vineyards rankings.

The winery also scooped the Best winery in Africa.

Awards were handed over in a brief ceremony at the official Residence of the Premier of the Western Cape, Allan Winde. Winde reiterated that an award like this brings hope to an industry that took a beating during covid.

Carolyn Martin, Marketing Director for Creation wines feels the award adds worth to the tremendous effort the winery and all its roleplayers has invested in the brand and its products.

The wine industry was drastically affected by the Covid19 pandemic with alcohol bans and absence of tourists taking a huge chunk from their revenue.
