Railway police drag man to safety who slips while boarding moving train in western India
A major tragedy was averted after prompt action of a Railway Protection Force (RPF) constable who saved the life of a man trying to board a moving train.
The incident took place in Vasai Railway Station in Maharashtra on January 23.
CCTV footage features a man losing balance while boarding the moving train and sliding down in the gap between the train and the platform, posing a threat to life as he gets dragged along the train. An alert railway RPF constable rushes and pulls the man to safety.
In a life-saving act, the on-duty Railway Protection Force (RPF) constable, showed vigilance and rescued the person who got dragged along the moving compartment while boarding it.
