First-person camera footage shows divers combing the depths of a river for survivors after the old, quake-stricken Clarin Bridge in the Philippines collapsed and sank several vehicles.

The tragic incident killed four people, including an Austrian tourist, while 23 others were rescued after falling into the raging Loboc River below in Loay town, Bohol province, on April 27.

Bohol governor Art Yap blamed the collapse of the decades-old structure on overloading and stationary traffic. The bridge had also been damaged by a magnitude 7.2 earthquake in 2013.
