Video filmed in the city of Huizhou in Guangdong Province on August 9 shows a woman's hair being blown up when she tried to get into her car.
She then fought against the strong winds to close the car door.
According to the woman named Sun, the wind suddenly came when she went to buy a bag of biscuits for her younger brother.
Finally, Sun's mother got out of the car to help her close the door.
