Watermelon stand washed away by floods in Pakistan
This is the dramatic moment a watermelon stand was washed away by floods in Pakistan.
Footage shows a fruit vendor struggling to salvage his produce as the deluge flooded streets in the Batkhela area of Pakistan's Malakand district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on May 2.
Despite the seller's best efforts, the surging water dismantled his wooden stall and swept away dozens of watermelons.
Local media reported that bouts of rain and hail were battering parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, damaging crops and inundating roads.
In Batkhela, the flood destroyed street carts and also entered several shops.
