Crazed driver speeds away with policeman holding onto bonnet
A crazed driver refused to stop at check point and sped away with a policeman clinging onto his bonnet.
The driver identified as Mithun was being flagged down for a routine check by officer Prabhu but resisted authorities in Shivamogga, India on October 24.
Mithun tried to escape the cop, but Prabhu climbed onto the vehicle in a bid to stop it without success.
Footage shows the car speeding forward, with Prabhu holding onto the front. Mithun reportedly drove 328 feet (100 metres) before stopping. Prabhu climbed down the vehicle, and Mithun fled.
An officer from Shivamogga Police said they are now searching for the driver as a case has been registered against him.
