The terror of stray animals continues unabated in Pardi, Valsad. A shocking incident from November 16 has been captured on CCTV.
An elderly man was walking with his grandson on the road, returning from the market, when a stray animal suddenly attacked them from behind. In an attempt to protect his grandson, the elderly man fell to the ground.
The CCTV footage shows the stray animal relentlessly kicking the elderly man even as he lay on the road. Witnesses rushed to the scene and, after considerable effort, managed to rescue him.
Local residents have expressed their concerns, stating that stray animals have been a persistent issue in the area, but the administration has failed to address it. This incident has raised serious questions about public safety in the region.
