This is the disturbing moment a Polish tourist went on a drunken rampage through a condo in Thailand.

The guest reportedly drank vodka before bashing his neighbours' doors with a fire extinguisher at the Lumpini Suite Phetchaburi condominium in Bangkok, on February 21.

Footage shows how the out-of-control Pole smashed the red cylinder against a door, filling the corridor with white fumes. Growling, he removed the lock pin and attempted to spray the hallway with the extinguisher.

A security guard later arrived to warn him but was overpowered and beaten by the foreigner.

District police arrested the rampaging backpacker and seized his passport after receiving a report at 1:28 am. They hauled him to the police station to sober up.

A police spokesman said: 'The Polish man acknowledged the incident. However, no one has filed a complaint against him so we could only fine him for being drunk.

'However, a record of the passport seizure was made before he was released.'

He added officials planned to have the Pole's visa revoked, deeming him a danger to other condominium tenants.

The Immigration Bureau said the Eastern European tourist entered Thailand on a tourist visa set to expire on March 25.

Condo residents claimed unruly tourists were a perennial problem in the building.

On January 14, a Polish tourist named Piotr, 31, was arrested for slapping a woman on the bottom at a convenience store in Bangkok.

He was charged with 'committing obscenity against a person above the age of 15', but was remorseless as he claimed he gropes women all the time at bars.

The Thai government last year implemented a visa-free scheme to boost revenue following the barren pandemic years.

Angry locals claim the push for tourist dollars has attracted crowds of 'low-quality' visitors from countries such as Russia, India and Australia.
