Oil tanker falls off Manor bridge, driver killed; fire sparks chaos in Maharashtra

A tragic accident on claimed the life of 30-year-old driver Ashish Kumar Yadav when his crude oil-filled tanker fell off the Manor Bridge at Mastan Naka.
The tanker crashed through the safety wall and plummeted onto the road, causing panic. CCTV footage captured bystanders fleeing as the horrific crash unfolded. No passersby were injured, but the massive oil spill created hazardous road conditions.
According to Palghar police superintendent Balasaheb Patil, Yadav lost control of the vehicle and died on the spot. Sparks ignited a fire, but a passing water tanker helped douse the flames. Authorities have booked Yadav for negligent driving. The diesel spill made the road slippery, prompting officials to cordon off the area and implement safety measures
