Oh, you know—just Idaho things! Last week, Boise Police officers on the night shift teamed up with Garden City Police to wrangle a herd of about a dozen Black Angus cows that decided to go on an early morning adventure.

The cows escaped from a small farm near Fairview and N. Kimball Street, making a few unexpected "moo-ves" through the neighborhood before officers stepped in to guide them safely back home.

Thanks to some quick thinking and calm coordination, the bovine wanderers were returned without incident—proving once again that in Boise, even the police are ready for a little rural roundup when duty calls.
