Phoenix, United States - May 08, 2025 05/08/2025 02:00 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix Fire Department PIO: "Four people will be displaced and two people transported to the hospital after a house fire early this morning. Crews were dispatched around 2:00 am for reports of a house fire near 91st Ave and Osborn Rd. Crews arrived on scene and had heavy smoke and fire coming out of the front of the house. Fire crews quickly secured a water source and pulled handlines inside to extinguish the fire. During the fire attack, crews found an adult male inside the building and carried him out of the rear of the house. That person was transported in extremely critical condition. An additional three people were able to get out of the house on their own and were evaluated by crews. One other person was transported to the hospital with minor burn injuries. Four people in total will be displaced and the Community Assistance Program personnel are on scene to assist with their needs. The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time and fire investigators are enroute.
