Phoenix, United States - July 27, 2025 07/26/2025 11:03 pm GMT-0700 TEMPE, Ariz. – Tempe police and the Tempe Fire Department responded to a vehicle collision in the 500 block of West Carmen Street just after 11 p.m. Saturday. Upon arrival, police discovered a passenger car that had crashed into the wall of a garage at the corner of the intersection of Carmen Street and Roosevelt Street. Neighbor Dave Fontano said he heard the crash while inside his home and went outside to find the unoccupied vehicle before calling 911. The property involved in the incident was recently sold and was vacant when the collision occurred. Firefighters inspected the structure to ensure its stability following the collision.
