My friend and I were driving when I saw a man who appeared to be wrestling with a young woman. I turned around to investigate what was happening. An off duty police officer was firmly but gently leading a young girl off of a bridge. the young girl had attempted to jump off the bridge and only the police officer taking fast action prevented this tragedy from occurring. I assisted the officer in restraining the young lady and along with the officer tried to calm her down. The fire department eventually arrived along with two police officers. This video is blurred to protect the young girls privacy. I have the original unblurred video and can provide it on request.
