This is the amusing moment cabin crew led passengers in synchronized stretching exercises.

Travellers participated in flexibility exercises before take-off, joining the Spring Airlines flight attendant in Beijing, China, on September 12.

Footage shows the fliers sitting with their hands in the air, following the woman standing in front of them. They can be seen closing and opening their hands repeatedly onboard the Airbus A320.

The filmer said: 'This is one of the strangest things about a low-cost airline's free services, and it's so entertaining.'

Travelling by plane can cause muscle aches and strains from sitting for too long. Exercises like those seen in the video can help passengers prevent muscle strains and aches.
