Russia says its FPV drones hit Ukrainian Humvee and pick up trucks in Kharkiv Oblast
Russia claimed its FPV drones hit a Ukrainian Humvee and pickup trucks in Kharkiv Oblast.
Footage shows the unmanned drones targeting a Humvee and several pickups carrying Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel in an active combat zone.
The Russian Ministry of Defence released the videos on November 20, claiming that units from the ‘Sever' grouping used fibre-optic FPV strike drones as part of efforts to establish a security zone in Kharkiv Oblast.
The ministry added that drone operators set up ambushes along routes used for vehicle movement and troop rotation by Ukrainian formations.
Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022, in what the Kremlin is still calling a 'special military operation'.
