This is the panic-enducing among the onlookers after a road retention wall collapsed in northeastern India's Sikkim on May 28. The incident took place in Dambudara in Namchi in South Sikkim.

A video features a massive landslide occurring in broad daylight. Following this, a wall crumbles down to the ground while debris from mountains keeps rolling down the cliff and gets accumulated in the region. Moreover, the dust from it engulfs the entire area while trees get uprooted due to the disaster.

Cyclone Yaas triggered a landslide in Dambudara, following which a newly constructed link road retention wall disintegrated and turned into rubble. The endless rainfall and strong winds must have weakened the concrete barrier. Meanwhile, the boulders made their way down and broke the trees coming in their way.
