The street in Davao City, Davao del Sur was transformed into a wave pool after tropical storms filled the Bajada area of the city on June 13.
Resident Alexa Mae Gamo said the floodwater was knee-deep and had turned the road sea-like as passing vehicles created huge waves.

Soaring temperatures reaching 35 degrees Celsius are often followed by powerful tropical storms with thunder, lightning, rain and flash floods.
