Padang city fire department evacuates a 6 meter long python trapped in a stream
The firefighters tried to remove a 6 meter long python which was allegedly trapped in the water flow of the city of Padang, Saturday, January 28, 2023.
It was difficult to retrieve the snake, 5 firefighters tried to break up the concrete that blocked the water flow.
the head of the padang city fire department, sutan hendra said "you can evacuate the snake for 2 hours, because we have to break up the weight and it is difficult to pull the snake which has a length of 6 meters and has a very heavy weight, when pulled the snake is very strong, ".
after being successfully evacuated, the fire department will collaborate with reptile lovers in the city of Padang to release them to the nearest forest, so that the snakes return to the forest.
