Firemen rescue newborn from toilet
Footage has emerged from China of fire fighters breaking up a toilet to save an infant that got trapped in the drain.
In the video, filmed during the rescue in Yichang, Hubei Province last week, firemen can be seen drilling down the ground before pulling out the baby for medical check.
According to media reports, the mother was using the toilet in a local hospital during a regular prenatal care when the baby boy could not wait to come out in advance, slipping down and getting stuck in the narrow hole.
Fortunately both were rescued and hospitalised without serious injuries.
