A group of students were seen travelling on the roof of a small bus in Sitomba, Indonesia, on January 28.

A motorist's dashcam captured the scene as several students balanced on the roof of a moving bus as the vehicle was full.

Local authorities are expected to take action against the bus driver that let the students sit on the vehicle's roof.

Dashboard camera footage on January 28 shows a passenger bus whose roof is filled with students as it crosses an inter-provincial road in Pasaman district, West Sumatra Province.

The students seemed to have deliberately sat on the rooftop as there were still many empty seats on the bus, not full.

They travel in a dangerous way and can cause accidents.

Authorities expected to pay attention to students and take action against bus drivers for letting students in danger.
