Footage shows the emergency responder hanging on a safety rope as he worked on wrapping the scared six-month-old bovine with a harness in Roi Et province, Thailand, on April 26.
He had difficulty tying the farm animal weighing with the equipment as it tried to resist him, and the space was too cramped for him to move.
After about 40 minutes, the officer successfully pulled the animal out with the help of colleagues and returned it to its owner.
