Railway police saver saved,14-year-old slips while boarding moving train in Madhya Pradesh

On 28 March Ashok Nagar Railway station, central India, A 14-year-old schoolgirl passenger lost her footing while attempting to board a moving train and fell into the platform gap.

The visuals from the incident depict a slow-moving train passing through a station, gradually gaining speed. A man is seen successfully boarding the moving train, followed by a young girl who attempts to do the same. However, she loses her balance and falls into the platform gap between the train and the platform. Recognizing the imminent danger, bystanders and a police officer quickly intervened, pulling her to safety. Their swift response potentially averted the fatal accident.

According to reports, While attempting to board the moving train, her foot slipped, and she fell into the platform gap. GRP constable Govind Singh Chauhan, who was present at the scene, immediately rushed to her rescue and pulled her to safety. Fortunately, she did not sustain serious injuries. GRP Jawan bravery DGP announced a reward of Rs 10,000.

In response to the incident, railway authorities have issued safety advisories, reinforcing the importance of adhering to railway rules. Passengers have been urged to remain cautious at stations and refrain from attempting to board a train once it has started moving, as such actions can result in severe accidents or even loss of life.
