HESPERIA, Mich. — Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast and Newaygo County Sheriff Bob Mendham co-led the annual Independence Day parade in Hesperia, bringing holiday cheer to residents along the county line.

The community celebration, held on the Fourth of July, featured patriotic displays, local participants, and a strong turnout from families enjoying the festivities. The sheriffs' joint appearance highlighted cooperation between counties and their shared commitment to public engagement.
