Locals used an ingenious bamboo raft to carry a tourist's scooter across the sea.
Holidaymaker Charlie Ruppert needed to transport his red off-road bike to an island in Surigao del Norte, the Philippines.
This prompted a boat operator to help him move the vehicle on November 17.
Footage shows the two-wheeler loaded onto the bamboo raft, which is then slowly dragged across the water by a wooden boat.
Charlie said: 'We wanted to show the people what we all can build out of bamboo, and we wanted to create a vehicle like a jetsky they can use to go fishing, wakeboarding and maybe go to the islands around for surfing.'
