This video took place on the afternoon of December 1st in Tongcheng, Anhui.

The surveillance footage shows a woman on a bicycle entering the blind spot of a turning truck. She was immediately knocked down by the truck's carriage, and the truck's rear right wheel was about to run over her.

In the nick of time, a traffic police officer on duty shouted to signal the truck driver to stop, while rushing to the truck's rear right wheel. He grabbed the electric bike rider's arm with both hands, and pulled her with all his might to a safe area, successfully saving a life.

The traffic police department reminds people to abide by traffic rules when passing intersections, stay away from truck blind spots, and jointly protect road traffic safety.
