Firefighters rescue two women and cow from 70-foot-deep well in Southern India

Two women and a cow that fell into a 70-foot-deep well were rescued by fire department officials in the south Indian state of Tamil Nadu.

The incident took place in Usilampatti, Madurai on July 30.

The video shows the firefighters rescuing the women and finally pulling up the cow from the well.

According to the reports, the women named Bhuvneshwari jumped into the well after she noticed the cow that accidentally fell into the well, on seeing her friend jump into the well Sudha also jumped.

On noticing them in the well the villagers informed the fire department officials, who immediately arrived and carried out the rescue operation.
