The severe Tropical Storm In-Fa (known as Fabian in the Philippines) brought non-stop rain and lashed through Oriental Mindoro, Philippines, flooding many houses, as seen in this video filmed on Friday (July 23).

Only parts of the roof could be seen above the water as severe flash floods swept a village in Naujan town.

Village chief Marion Marcos said: "The rain never stopped for days until the flash flood this morning. We have evacuated some of the residents while rescue operations are ongoing."

Typhoon In-fa reached the far northern region of the country heading to Miyako Islands in Japan but continued to intensify the monsoon, maintaining heavy downpours across Luzon island.
