Cop's agility saves life of woman who slipped while boarding running train in northern India

An alert RPF cop saved a woman after she slipped while trying to board a running train in northern India's Rajasthan.

The incident happened at the Kota Railway Station on October 27.

CCTV footage showed the woman slipping while boarding the moving train. There was another person on the gate trying to board the train. An alert cop, constable Anil Yadav rushed towards her and pulled her away from the train.

Speaking to Newslions, ASC Sanjay Choudhary said that RPF Staff constable Anil Yadav was present at the spot when the incident took place. He showed his alertness and saved the woman who was identified as Dimple Chauhan.

Aged 25 years, she is the daughter of Shri Rajendra Chauhan and a resident of Javra Complex Indore.

She was boarding train number 12465 (Ranthambore Super Fast Express) when the incident took place.
