A pair rescued a dog trapped in a raging river in southern China.

The heroic video was filmed in Changde City, Hunan Province, on June 20.

According to Ms. Chen, an eyewitness, the waters were tumultuous and the dog appeared extremely distressed, at risk of being swept away at any moment.

Two kind-hearted individuals reacted swiftly, disregarding their own safety, and used a ladder to reach out to the dog amidst the rushing waters.

The dog, sensing the rescue effort, cooperated by wagging its tail gratefully.

据目击者陈女士描述，当时水流湍急，小狗在神色极度慌张，随时有可能被冲走。两位好心人迅速反应，他们不顾个人安危，携手搭建起一个临时梯子，勇敢地伸向激流中的小狗，而小狗也很配合，感知到好心人来救它，不停地摇尾巴感谢，但是看到这一幕感觉很温暖，也很感人。
