A pair of tourists were seen French kissing while crammed onto the back of a motorcycle in Bali.

The couple were onboard a two-wheeler being driven by a local when they were spotted making out in Denpasar City, Indonesia, on January 14.

Footage shows a foreigner sitting at the tip of the motorbike's pillion seat while smooching with his partner sandwiched between him and the driver.

They were not wearing helmets while sharing a passionate kiss lasting more than ten seconds along the busy road.

Enraged local Gusti Gex, who saw them from his vehicle behind, said: 'This behaviour reflects a lack of regard for local laws and cultural norms.

'In this country, it is not uncommon to see foreigners disregarding safety regulations, such as not wearing helmets or engaging in inappropriate activities like public displays of intimacy on highways.

'Such actions demonstrate a lack of respect for the community and its values.'

There has been a recent spate of misbehaving tourists on the bustling holiday island in Indonesia.

Officials have even taken steps to reign in the chaos following complaints from police and residents about tourists disrespecting the culture, violating traffic rules, committing crimes and behaving badly in public.
