Crocodile takes a night stroll along the streets leaving residents awake in fear in central India
Panic gripped locals in central India's Madhya Pradesh after visuals emerged of a crocodile taking a stroll along the streets.
The incident took place on Oct. 29 near Bhopal city's Bhadbhada dam.
Visuals show a crocodile on the street as vehicles pass by the reptile, while it continues its night stroll.
According to reports, the crocodile was spotted after midnight, upon which the forest department was called to capture the reptile.
However, officials treated the incident lightly and chose to put a hold on the rescue till morning as no accident had taken place.
Thus, the unfortunate residents had no choice but to spend their night in fear of the predator.
