The incident took place on March 28, 2020.
The video shows, police personnel punishing lockdown violators by making them do sit-ups and holding ears as they come on roads despite curfew & lockdown.
People in the town of Diu, came out of the house to find some work as they were unemployed due to the lockdown.
The lockdown violators were detained and punished by the police. They were forced to take a pledge by repeating the words of the police personnel.
Contrarily, another side of the police personnel was also observed where they worked towards humanity. They were seen helping the needy people on the road with sanitizers and fruits.
