Families who lost their homes because of covid 19 have been struck a second blow as the city of Cape Town Law Enforcement demolished their homes.

According to bystanders the City officials arrived without any legal paperwork or notice and demolished homes of families with toddlers.

The evicted residents claim to have been on the site for longer than three weeks.

They are now left to sleep outdoors during a cold winter in the Western Cape.
