The locals organized a traditional buffalo race in southern India's Karnataka on December 11. The incident took place in Moodabidri, located in the Dakshina Kannada district.

Visuals feature the traditional buffalo race going on in full swing. The race happens in two different lanes filled with water. As the bovines dart towards the finish point, the water splashes on the sides where the cheerful onlookers gather to behold the race.

The traditional bull race, known as Kambala, gets sponsored by local Tuluva landlords and households. Moreover, over 200 pairs of buffaloes participated in various competitions.
