A police officer performed the Heimlich manoeuvre to save a boy choking on a small toy in southern China.
Video filmed in the city of Zhongshan in Guangdong Province on May 27 shows a boy putting a small toy into his mouth and choking.
A police officer named Ouyang Weiheng spotted the incident when he was informing people on how to spot fraud.
Ouyang then performed the move on the boy and the boy spat the small toy out in only eight seconds.
Thanks to Ouyang, the boy was saved successfully.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
