In a startling incident captured on camera, a drunk driver struggled to recite the alphabet during a sobriety test after being pulled over by police for erratic driving behavior.

The ordeal unfolded when an off-duty police officer noticed a vehicle swerving on a road in Ocala, Florida, last Friday. The driver, identified as Tammy Angel, exhibited clear signs of impairment, prompting officers to conduct field sobriety exercises at the scene due to her high level of intoxication.

During the seated field sobriety test, Angel was instructed to recite the alphabet from A to Z. However, her attempts proved futile as she stumbled over the letters, stating, "A, B, C... It was so many years ago." Despite being given another chance, Angel continued to struggle, uttering a disjointed sequence of letters, including "E, F, G, H, Y, O, I," before descending into unintelligible murmurs.

Upon being informed of her impending arrest for driving under the influence, Angel's attempts at coherent speech proved fruitless as she could only manage to mumble incoherent words. Her level of intoxication was such that she required medical evaluation at a hospital before being taken into custody.

This incident follows another bizarre case in Florida involving a man who drove his pickup truck into the ocean at a beach in New Smyrna Beach. Jason Brzuszkiewicz, 49, bypassed a closed gate with a "DO NOT ENTER" sign and drove onto the beach without paying the toll fee. Despite the beach being closed due to high tide, witnesses observed Brzuszkiewicz maneuvering his truck through the rough waves.

Upon being apprehended by police from the Volusia County Sheriff's Office, Brzuszkiewicz nonchalantly remarked, "It's not my fault the truck don't surf," displaying a flippant attitude towards his reckless actions.
