On June 25, 2024, a family traveling on a highway between Chengde and Tianjin, northern China, witnessed a severe car accident.

The crash was serious, with vehicles overturned and leaked oil. Noticing a child was trapped in the wrecked car, the daughter jumped out of their car and rushed to the scene of the accident without hesitation.

As the family and other kind passersby struggled to open the overturned car door, the stranded mother, whose face covered in blood, immediately handed her child to the daughter. The mother then turned to help her husband out first, only coming out herself last.

The rescuer bravely extracted a child from the wrecked vehicle, holding and comforting the child amidst the chaos and called the police and hospital.

After moving the rescued family of three to a safe place, they left to continue on their journey.
