Kind passengers came together to help a father when his trolley fell onto the train tracks.

Footage shows the busy station with commuters waiting for the next trip in South Sumatra, Indonesia.

A parent who was rolling his cart along the platform containing his family's bags then accidentally veered over the edge.

Without asking for assistance, onlookers risked their lives as they rushed to assist him, carefully retrieving the fallen items.

Princess Lindi, who was waiting for the locomotive to leave, said: 'I accidentally recorded it from my window seat while I was making a video of the station for my stories.

'The father looked tired, and the trolley's wheels were wobbly. Everyone helped him.

'There are still so many good people willing to help him. Life is still good.'

The family gathered their belongings back without any damage and moved along on May 17.
