Footage shows vendors preparing seafood pancakes at a street food market in Bangkok.

The workers can be seen using spoons to level the batter in a griddle pan before adding a medley of octopus, crab meat, and prawns to the bite-sized snacks at Jodd Fairs Night Market in the Thai capital.

After adding the seafood, they poured oil and tucked the excess batter into each mould with a spoon, before topping them with more batter to form perfectly round pancakes on December 8.

Ta Lay Krok is a Thai street food popular among tourists and locals. This dish is similar to Japanese Takoyaki and Korean Pajeon, filled with varieties of seafood such as mussels, octopus, shrimp, squid, and crab, served hot with a sweet chilli dipping sauce.
